Consultation

Everyone’s goals are distinct and personal to them, and honoring your unique desires and circumstances is crucial to fostering a productive partnership!

It all starts with our initial, complementary consultation. During this phone call or virtual meet-up, we get the opportunity to introduce ourselves and develop and understanding of your goals and expectations for training.

Through this understanding we will be able to establish a strong foundation for your training rooted in work that builds towards your ideal fitness outcomes!

What is “Mobile” Training?

Mobile training allows you to train in the comfort of your own home, nearby at your favorite park, or even your office/apartment gym. I come to you and bring all the equipment needed to ensure our environment provides everything needed to train towards your goals.

My Specialties

From distance running, specialized sports training, compound lifting, to rock climbing, I’m able to pull from direct experience from a diverse array of exercise specialties and pass that knowledge on to you.

However, being a great personal trainer is more than being an athlete. Taking my knowledge gained not only from direct experience in my own training but rigorous study, I’ve honed the craft of communicating my knowledge to my clients and continually learning about the complexities of fitness over my 13 year athletic career and my 3 years as a personal trainer.

All to say, No matter your goals, I can help you reach them.
